In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Platform" refers to the awan4d website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services accessible via awan4d.cam.
• "Member" / "You" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the awan4d Platform.
• "Agreement" refers to these Terms & Conditions together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable Bonus Terms published on the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual, password-protected account held by a Member on the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) funds held within a Member's Account, including both real-money funds and applicable bonus credit where specified.
• "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or any other betting market offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Credit" refers to promotional funds credited to a Member's Account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by awan4d to authenticate Member identity and age.
• "Operator" refers to awan4d as the entity responsible for operating and maintaining the Platform.

Membership and use of the awan4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. awan4d is a strictly adults-only platform. Registering or attempting to register while under the age of 21 is prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be the sole, legitimate holder of the Account. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another individual to operate your Account, is prohibited.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by awan4d or any other gambling operator from which awan4d accepts referrals.
• You must not have a prior Account that was closed, suspended, or terminated by awan4d for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and accept financial liability for all wagers placed.

To access the full functionality of awan4d, you are required to register a Member Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• Each Member is permitted to hold one Account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any accumulated balance or bonus credit.
• You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. awan4d will not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• You must notify awan4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• awan4d reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driving license; proof of residential address; and source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.
• Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the period specified by awan4d may be suspended pending successful verification. Withdrawals will not be processed on unverified accounts.

All financial transactions on awan4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. awan4d does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though high-value deposits may be subject to additional verification.
• Accepted deposit methods include: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• awan4d does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which awan4d bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawals are processed to the Member's registered bank account or e-wallet only. Withdrawals to accounts in a different name will not be processed.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification on the first request. Verified Members in good standing typically receive payouts within 1–3 minutes during normal operating hours.
• awan4d reserves the right to impose a processing hold of up to 48 hours on withdrawal requests where additional security checks are required.
• Withdrawal requests that include Bonus Credit subject to active wagering requirements will be declined until all applicable rollover obligations have been met.

awan4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the point of offer as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are offered at awan4d's sole discretion and may be withdrawn, modified, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, except where a Member has already accepted and activated the bonus.
• Welcome bonuses and deposit match bonuses carry a rollover requirement of between 5x and 10x the bonus amount, which must be satisfied within the stated validity period (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit).
• Cashback bonuses are generally credited with a 1x rollover requirement and must be wagered once before withdrawal.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per IP address, and per device. Duplicate account holders are not eligible for any promotional bonus.
• awan4d reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• VIP bonuses are governed by the separate VIP Program Terms, which form part of this Agreement by reference.
• Free bets and free spins have no cash value and may not be exchanged for cash directly. Only net winnings derived from free bet or free spin awards are subject to rollover requirements.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on awan4d. Specific rules for individual game types (e.g., togel pool draws, live casino, sabung ayam cockfight arena, or sports markets) are published separately within the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

• All wagers are final once confirmed. awan4d does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed wager except where expressly permitted by game-specific rules.
• awan4d operates on a Provably Fair basis. All outcomes in games using a Random Number Generator (RNG) are independently certified and subject to ongoing audits.
• In the event of a technical failure or data transmission error that prevents the correct recording of a wager, awan4d will endeavor to reconstruct the transaction from available records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager will be voided and the stake returned to the Member's Balance.
• For sports betting markets, including bandar bola (Asian handicap), mix parlay (multi-leg accumulators), and Over/Under markets: if an event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, awan4d's event-specific rules will determine the outcome. Typically, postponed events are voided if not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time.
• awan4d reserves the right to restrict, limit, or refuse any wager at its sole discretion, including limitations on maximum stake, maximum win, or market access, without obligation to provide a reason.
• Winnings from togel draws are calculated based on the official results published by the respective pool operators. awan4d is not responsible for delays in the publication of official draw results.

awan4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides the following tools to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Time-Out: Members may apply a temporary time-out of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a time-out, the Account remains open but no wagering activity is permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion (minimum 6 months). Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Ch ecks: Members may configure session reminders that display a notification after a set period of continuous play.

All content on the awan4d Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design elements, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of awan4d or its licensed third-party content providers.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of awan4d.
• Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to awan4d for deployment on the Platform.
• Any unauthorized use of awan4d's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action.

awan4d collects, processes, and stores Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected includes, but is not limited to: full name, date of birth, national identity number, email address, phone number, residential address, banking details, and transaction history.
• Data is used for Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and the delivery of promotional communications where consent has been provided.
• awan4d does not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed service providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies only where required for Platform operations or legal compliance.
• Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting [email protected]. Note that deletion requests may be subject to applicable data retention obligations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, awan4d hereby excludes all liability for the following:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, whether arising from contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Any interruption, delay, suspension, or termination of Platform services resulting from circumstances beyond awan4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to: internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or third-party service provider failures.
• Any financial loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain password security or your disclosure of Account credentials to a third party.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, prices, or market data displayed on the Platform resulting from data feed errors or technical malfunctions. In such cases, awan4d reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude awan4d's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

awan4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated betting tools (bots).
• Chargebacks initiated against deposits made to the Platform.
• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Any conduct that awan4d reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Members.

Upon termination for cause, any Bonus Credit and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after the deduction of any amounts owed to awan4d will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification.

Members may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which awan4d holds its international operating license.

awan4d operates as an internationally licensed online gambling platform. The Platform is intended for use by adults in jurisdictions where accessing online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is the Member's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction prior to registering an Account.

Any disputes between a Member and awan4d shall first be submitted to awan4d's customer support for resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitral institution specified in awan4d's licensing jurisdiction.

awan4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the date of last revision displayed prominently.

• For material changes that significantly affect Member rights or obligations, awan4d will endeavor to provide at least 7 days' advance notice via the registered email address on the Member's Account.
• Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
